well, most of your b&w are lacking highlights. it's good to be careful with blown out places, but without them, you'd have a whole picture stuck in the black and gray areas, and that's dull. bring the brightness out more, and the pictures will show more.

Beautiful shot. It almost seems possible to pick out the reflections of people walking past, some staring at the man with the big camera...
