Ironically, Time Square at night has so much light that this was the slowest shutter I could possibly achieve. This is cropped in a 2x1 ratio.

Well! I just answered your post re: my pic for Jan 26th (today), when I realized it is already tomorrow on the East Coast, so I came to see if you had anything posted yet. Your photo of the lighting is awesome - especially with the long exposure making the traffic appear as a streak of light. The street detail is awesome too. I would love to go into downtown Vancouver and try some similar work, but I am getting a bit long in the tooth to get down there by myself, toting a tripod and all.

Nice. this is the best one out of all the TS shots. But why chop off half the billboard tower on the right and leave all the empty spaces on the left? You can probably take another picture at 1/100 to get the details in the ads and then put them into this one, so the viewer can actually see the ads instead of just a bright spot. and how come you didn't use ptlens for this one?
