what the hell were you doing in harlem? my guess is you took this from your waist, but the other parts of the pictures are no good so you cropped it to be like this. either way, his stare is intense and contrast is superb.

Great candid shot Michael. Rather you than me with this subject though, he looks a tad more intense than the guys walking around these parts. It's a cracking image.

after looking at it a second time i noticed the cigarette in his hand. I would burn in the cigarette to make it stand out more from the background. the cigarette is a pretty important part to this picture.
